Methods

You can view the payment methods supported by us on the checkout page of your order and at the bottom of the website. The common payment methods are as follows:

 

1. Credit/Debit Card Payment

The credit cards listed are the most commonly used credit cards on this site. Please note that we do not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment.

 

2. Paypal 

When you place an order through Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can sign in with your PayPal username and password to confirm your payment.

You can still checkout even if you don't have a PayPal account. To do so, click on "Pay with Debit/Credit Card" and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment securely through PayPal.

My payment failed, what should I do?

Common reasons for payment failure are as follows.

(1) Card information is incorrect (card number, name, expiration date, etc.) or the card has expired

(2) Insufficient funds on the credit/debit card

(3) Your card has been blacklisted by your bank due to a history of chargebacks. 

(4) The transaction failed the bank's anti-fraud system and the bank declined the transaction to protect the merchant.

If you fail to pay for your order, make sure you have a sufficient balance on your bank card. If everything is in order on your card, contact the card issuer to check!

Please note that if you make multiple small payments in a short period of time or if you make a particularly large one-time payment, this may cause your bank to block your payment for risk management reasons. This does not mean that there is a security risk or system problem with our website, in which case please contact your bank.

Also, your payment may have failed due to an unstable network environment, you may try to change servers or reconnect to the network and pay again.

*Payments on the store are handled by PayPal and transmitted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with 2048-bit encryption. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Your credit/debit card information is retained via PayPal’s server.

 

3. Apple Pay

You can use Apple Pay to pay online in Safari or within apps when you see Apple Pay as a payment option. 

  1. Tap the Apple Pay button or choose Apple Pay as your payment method.
  2. To pay with a different card, tap the Next button or the Expand Menu button next to your default card.
  3. If necessary, enter your billing, shipping, and contact information. Apple Pay stores that information, so you won't need to enter it again.
  4. Confirm the payment.
    • iPhone or iPad with Face ID: Double-click the side button, then use Face ID or your passcode.
    • iPhone or iPad without Face ID: Use Touch ID or your passcode. 
    • Apple Watch: Double-click the side button.
    • Mac with Touch ID: Follow the prompts on the Touch Bar and place your finger on Touch ID. If Touch ID is off, tap the Apple Pay icon on the Touch Bar and follow the prompts on the screen.
    • Mac without Touch ID: Confirm the payment on your Bluetooth-connected iPhone or Apple Watch. Make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID on all devices.
    • Apple Vision Pro: Double-click the top button, then use Optic ID or your passcode. 
  5. When your payment is successful, you'll see Done and a checkmark on the screen.

Formovie’s website serves customers worldwide, so pricing may vary depending on your country or region. For instance, some locations qualify for free shipping, while others may incur shipping fees. The total cost of your order, including any applicable fees, will be displayed on the checkout page.

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. If you pay for your order with an international card, the price may fluctuate with exchange rates and/or your card issuer may charge foreign currency conversion charges and fees.

When making a payment, additional fees may apply depending on your location and chosen payment method. These fees are typically imposed by your bank or payment provider, please contact them directly if you have any questions.

Taxes and Fees

Any local or national taxes or duties applicable to your purchase shall be paid by you. These taxes and fees will be displayed on the checkout page and added to your total price.

The tax listed during checkout is only an estimate. Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, as well as any applicable fees.
