Trouble-shooting
① After clicking the on button, if the indicator light it is not on, change your power socket to check whether it's a socket problem; ② Try to unplug the power cable, and re-connect the power after 2 minutes. Click the on button on the remote control and if the indicator light still doesn't switch on, please take an after-sales detection. ③ If the indicator lights up after clicking, and the brightness of the projected object changes but still cannot enter the system, try to enter recovery mode to clear the data, and then power on again. The way to enter is as follows: Turn off the laser projector, then unplug the power button. Press and hold the confirm button and return button on the remote control at the same time after shutting down, then plug in the power button. (Do not click the power button of the projector host and remote control), wait for the projector to enter Recovery mode Release the remote control button. ④ If the above methods cannot solve the issue, please apply for after -sales service.

The abnormality of wireless screen projection may be affected by the network, copyright, system, etc. The specific reasons are as follows: ① The projector and the mobile device are not on the same local area network. If the mobile phone is connected to mobile data, and the projector is connected to WiFi, the wireless screen cannot be achieved; ② The content is not supported by copyright protection. Some video content is protected by copyright and only supports viewing by the relevant client; ③ If there is a problem with the system operation, you can restart the relevant equipment and restore the network settings before trying the screen; ④ Network instability will affect the screening, and users can check the network status.
For blurred screen: switch to other pages, or run third-party software to see if the screen is still blurred. ① If a blurred screen also appears in other pages, it may be a hardware or driving problem, please refer to the following: -Restart the laser projector, -Update system; - Or reset; -Implement after-sales testing. ② If other pages are displayed normally, it may be an abnormality of the current output source selected, or the current screen decoding is abnormal. Please refer to the following: -If connected to a set-top box or other HDMI devices, please check the problems of the set-top box and other HDMI devices, or whether the connection/interface is poorly exposed; -If a blurred screen appears to play video, it belongs to the abnormal video image decoding. Please prefer to upgrade the software version, such as updating the system or using a third-party video player. Vague and unclear for the picture: ① If all the interfaces (including fonts, images, and software interfaces) have blur problems, please upgrade the laser projector, or apply for after-sales testing; ② If the individual page is blurred, it may be a page UI problem; ③ If the picture is blurred in the video, you can try to switch the video resolution, or it belongs to the poor picture quality of the video itself; ④ If the laser projector is connected to a set-top box or an external HDMI device, and the screen blurs after the interface appears, please check the related settings (such as the output resolution) of the HDMI device.

① Check whether the WiFi name has special characters, modify the router wifi name and password to English/digital type, and try to connect again. ② If this WIFI has been connected before, please check whether the wifi password is correct. Select the WIFI name, right click on remote control and select "ignore this network", then re-enter the password. ③ Check whether the router opens the DHCP function. If DHCP is turned off, the TV cannot automatically obtain the IP address. ④ Check whether the router limits more terminal access.
