Regions and Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Formovie US (https://us.formovie.com) ships to most major regions within the continental United States from a local warehouse. After payment is confirmed, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery times typically ranging from 2-5 business days depending on the destination.
For orders placed during crowdfunding, pre-sales, or special events, the fulfillment timeline will follow the date specified for the event.
Please note that shipping is not available to small islands or territories outside the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, and Samoa. Additionally, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, diplomatic, Parcel Locker, USPS Gopost, Packstations, Post or Military addresses.
Shipping Costs
Customers with shipping addresses within the continental United States may be eligible for free shipping, subject to applicable terms. The shipping cost, if any, will be displayed on the checkout page.
Although in rare cases, Formovie may request additional shipping charges from you after you have taken advantage of free shipping or have paid for shipping, including but not limited to the following:
- When a local warehouse is out of stock, but you request that shipping begin immediately and Formovie needs to ship from another location
- Changes in international or regional conditions that result in high shipping charges by the carrier
- Your address is located in a remote area of your country (e.g., mountains or islands)
- The carrier requires additional surcharges for your address
When these situations arise, a Formovie customer service specialist will contact you prior to shipping and you will have the option to pay the charges or cancel your order.
If your package is not shipped from a local warehouse, it may be subject to duties and additional charges. Formovie is not responsible for any duties and taxes, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Canceling an Order or Returning a Package
You may modify or cancel your order by contacting Formovie prior to the start of shipping. Formovie will not accept any changes to your order once it has been shipped, and shipping costs caused by customer remorse will not be refunded under any circumstances and will be deducted when the order is refunded, regardless of whether you are entitled to free shipping.
If you request to cancel your order while your package is in the process of being shipped, we will attempt to communicate with the logistics provider to discontinue the shipment and return the shipped package. If that fails, you can refuse to sign for the package or sign for the package and send it back after contacting Formovie's customer service.
Whichever method you choose, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping the package. After the warehouse receives the returned package, we will check the status of the package and deduct the shipping and repacking costs incurred in the refund.
Please note that it is not our obligation to intercept the package after shipment, and it is up to the carrier to successfully discontinue the shipment. If the loss of the package is due to customer remorse, the customer will bear the full loss.
If the returned product is signed by you and sent back by yourself, please follow the instructions of the customer service experts and send it back to the correct address through a regular logistics company. For products larger than $1000, we recommend that you purchase additional damage insurance for the package.

Out of Stock
While we strive to ensure product availability, certain unforeseen circumstances (e.g., factory strikes, disruptions in shipping routes, or local government closures) may result in products being temporarily out of stock. In such cases, fulfillment times may be extended, though we typically aim to ship orders within 45 days.
If your order is affected, you may choose to cancel your order or continue waiting. Should you opt to cancel, we will issue a full refund promptly. If you decide to wait, we are open to negotiating reasonable compensatory measures as a gesture of goodwill.
Shipping Note
Formovie may cancel your order for no reason prior to shipping, but we will explain why.
If you have purchased two or more products on the site, your package may be shipped in two or more packages from different warehouses or different locations, which means you may not receive them at the same time.
If you request to change the shipping address for your order, we may ask you to show documentation proving your identity.
Once your order begins shipping, we will notify you of the carrier and its tracking number, which you can use to track your package.
Upon receiving your package, please inspect it thoroughly to ensure there is no shipping damage before signing for it. In the event of loss or damage during transit, promptly contact the carrier to file a claim for compensation. Before proceeding, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team for guidance and assistance. We will actively support you throughout the process.
